This is a great community to live in! All of the residents are friendly. The pool is always clean. Great gym and only community with a sauna! Sue and Sarah are extremely friendly and helpful. All around a great place to live!!!

From my experience with businesses, the relationship changes and promises aren't honored once you sign on that line, however that hasn't been the case thus far with Riverwood. Mrs. Sue, Susan and Kyle have all been really caring, patient and polite. The apartment complex is really quite as of 2018. I have yet to hear my neighbors in their apartments while at home. The garbage runs regularly maybe even twice a week. The renovations are really nice and of quality. If there is need for a repair Kyle is super fast, works extremely hard (during all types of weather conditions and early morning into late nights) and really knowledgeable. The location is off 85 which is really convenient but is tucked away is lush woods which creates a quite tranquil environment. They offer quite a bit of social functions for the residents as well. Also this is the first complex I haven't had any mold or mildew issues which speaks volumes here in FL. If you're looking for an apartment to call and make your home the Riverwood is the place.

This is the best apartment community in Crestview! The staff is absolutely the friendliest most helpful you will ever find! Sue and Sarah in the office will do anything they can to accommodate every need. Kyle is the best maintenance man I have ever met. Roger rounds out the staff to complete the most efficient, friendly, amazing group! The apartments have just had major renovations! You will not be disappointed with these units! The pool is secluded. You don't feel like you are in a fish bowl! And the gym......WOW!
